I will be running the Baxters River Ness 10k 27th September to raise funds for Birchwood Highland. By doing so, I also hoped to raise general awareness about mental ill health and about the work that Birchwood Highland does as a whole. I have the pleasure of working for Birchwood as a Support Worker and I get to work with amazing staff/service users so I get to see the brilliant job Birchwood makes to peoples lives.
