Story
Here we go again…
Once more, I'm pulling on my running shoes this year to take on the Brighton and London Marathons (sadly, only a week in between to rest my weary legs). Following on from last year's fainting/chest infection debacle, and given my training has been less than impressive, don't expect a repeat of the sub-3 heroics – my aim this time is to do as well as I can and to enjoy it.
Oh, and raise as much money as I can for charity. Once again, Whoopsadaisy are the chosen beneficiaries of my aching limbs. For those of you who like to blank this from your mind each year, they're a Brighton charity who work with children who have motor disorders, including cerebral palsy. They help them develop more independence and build their abilities and skills to help them tackle everyday life - I've been down there lots of times and the work they do is absolutely fantastic.

I know I've been doing this a while now, but I want you all to know that I appreciate every single donation, every single year. Anything you can or want to give me is hugely appreciated by both me and Whoopsadaisy, and makes a big difference. Thanks as ever for your support – it means a lot.
