This November I will be running the 50km Maverick Frontier South Downs Ultra Marathon at Slindon College.  It'll probably be cold, wet and muddy and it will definitely be hilly!  It's likely to be a long day my best guess it'll be somewhere in the region of 4.5 hours running - so longer than a round of golf - and knowing that we've raised some money for a great cause will certainly make the day less painful.

It would be great if you could make a donation, however big or small to Sussex Search & Rescue (hopefully I won't need them on the day)!
