As a lot of you know I do a lot of fundraising and awareness raising for Joining Jack.   This is a biggie for me- I hinted at getting fit for myself recently and Nick Wilkinson challenged me to do it for Joining Jack.

I am going to lose 9 STONES in six months thats nearly 5lbs a week!!!!!!!

Its September as I write this - I mentioned to Russ perhaps having a drink on my birthday!! That was met with a stony stare!! So no booze either!!! That's worth a sponsor in itself!!!!
