Hello you

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Most of you visiting this page who know me well, also know that whenever I take part in events such as these I always try to raise funds for a significant charity and generally these are for cancer charities or cancer research.  

This is because I have lost many loved ones over the years and know of friends who have also lost loved ones to this most awful of diseases.  I also have loved ones who are currently recovering from this disease and are thankfully in remission.

This time I am raising funds for the Bart's Cancer Institute at The Queen Mary University of London.

I am hoping to raise at least £500, which is the minimum amount I promised to raise in order to secure my place in the event. 

However, ALL donations will be gratefully received and I take this opportunity to thank you for any pledges you have made!
