We would just like to raise awareness of how important it is for woman to do Breast Self Examinations regularly to be aware of any changes in your breast. You are never to young to start checking and don't think it won't happen to you. With or without a family history. Ladies, I can not express this enough, the younger you are usually the more aggressive it is, I was lucky. Please do proper checks and feel the nipple area as well as around the breast. I was doing my checks incorrectly and my tumour was under my nipple. 

Catching it early makes a huge difference in your treatment. Don't leave it thinking its nothing, please go for a check and trust your gut instinct. 

I have been extremely lucky as my tumour was non aggressive and the surgery and treatment has not been as bad as I thought. 

Luckily my biggest downfall so far is losing my hair so off it has to come and my Mom , Ellie, is joining me for support. So we will be a house full of bald heads.
