Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Mountain Walking has been a big part of my families life until 5 years ago I became ill with chronic pain making me unable to walk very long distances. I have recently been diagnosed with fibromyalgia. Being given targeted pain medication has enabled me to gain more strength to walk again. My husbands grandmother was one of the founders of the two moors way, a long distance footpath in Devon. We have decided to walk this 117 mile footpath in 6 days as a way to raise awareness of chronic pain and help raise money to fund research into chronic pain and their treatments.
