We're running the Sheffield Half Marathon together and aiming to do it in 1:45. We really enjoy running together and we would like to raise some money for ASSIST while we're doing it. ASSIST is a fantastic organisation in Sheffield that helps people who get no other support. Tony volunteers with them every fortnight too so sees how important their work is.
