Story

A horizontally challenged team of CTS managers are digging deep for St. Giles Trust.
They have given up their full English breakfasts, KFC buckets and Twiglets in favour of lettuce, rice crackers and an occasional treat consisting of half a banana!
This kicked off in April and will continue until they are able to touch their toes, or the end of June if that remains an impossibility.

The team consists of Aubrey, Harry, Russell, Damien, Phil, Andy J, Vince, Nav and Martin with a combined starting weight of 829.8 kg, refereed by Anne and Indy (yes that’s kg, not Ibs!).
Each has a target weight based on reaching a BMI (body mass index) of 25, and results so far have been mixed with a particularly unhealthy Easter weekend where many experienced a negative loss. An added twist is that the coffee machine gossip has morphed from the usual “who’s going to win the Premiership/Champions League” type of conversation to “did you know there are 104 calories in an average Tesco banana?”. Despite the group having a head start, we are happy for others to join in, so feel free to volunteer if you want to be part of this charity effort.

Any donation to encourage these courageous gentlemen to transform themselves would be appreciated and a prize will be awarded to the donor who correctly estimates the total weight of the team at the end of June - please email your guess to anne.fobister@nomura.com
