As most people know, I worked for this incredible charity for six years. In my current job, I nominated Mind as the corporate charity of the year and I was pleased that mental health was seen as the most important topic to our staff. 

I'm pleased to be able to raise money for a local Mind as they provide much needed front line services to the community. The services include counselling, advocacy, healthy living and healthy lifestyle activities, a drop in that is also available on the weekend and they also help people with their benefits (among other things!). 

Charities like Mind in Croydon need our help more than ever. Please donate and show your support :-)
