‘Heart n Soul means being less isolated, getting stimulated and motivated, getting skills, being together and happy’, Ifeoma, artist and participant. 

Our Taking Part programme gives people with learning disabilities more confidence, socially and artistically, enabling them to live more independent lives. We run regular free and affordable sessions led by participants, where they explore their creativity through music making, visual art, writing, dance, film, fashion, DJing and digital arts.
