Story
On 8th and 9th of August Imogen, Lucy, Lauren, Chris, Charlie and Antony are attempting the Welsh 3000 to raise money for The Passage. This wonderful charity helps vulnerable men and women living on the streets of Westminster by providing shelter, food, clothing, financial assistance and advice, as well as a friendly face. It is a life-line for many in the area and relies heavily on donations to continue its essential work.
As the country comes out of lock-down The Passage faces its biggest challenge yet - how to prevent hundreds of homeless people that have been helped off the street during the pandemic from returning to the street once the crisis subsides.
Please support us as we attempt this extraordinary challenge - not for the faint-of-heart. It involves climbing all of the Welsh peaks over 3,000-feet in under 24-hours. It is an extreme physical challenge involving marching over 30-miles, with over 4000-meters of overall ascent, through two nights, cold, darkness and of some of the most difficult terrain Wales can muster.
Last year we tried but failed despite a heroic effort by everyone involved. This is our year. If you sponsored us last year, thank you. Anything you can spare this year will help.
