At Apex Fitness this Monday morning and Thursday Night we will be doing two Charity Spin Challenges. To complete 3 FULL SPIN CLASSES back to back. 2hours and 15 minutes worth !! Two fully booked classes with our amazing members who support us in everything we do 💪🏼

Some of you know how hard one spin class is . So 3 back to back has to be worth a hard earned 5a from you all. 

2hours and 15minutes of sweat and probably tears to raise a small bit of money for a great local cause please find some spare pennies in these tough times and give as little or as much as you can it will all help!
