Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

We have decided as a team (may of been after a few wines but hey ho) to enter this years Tough Mudder & try our very best to raise awareness & funds for the Beefy Charity Foundation. Oh there is also a small matter of completing an 8-10 mile run along with 25 epic obstacles from tight spaces to high places with lots of mud!

Most of you will know that my son Brad was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukaemia back in 2007, he was just 4 years old, it was a long & hard journey as you can imagine but thanks to the vital research, hard work, blood, sweat, tears & emotional support given by the Botham family through Bloodwise at the time, I am more than happy to say Brad has beaten it, he is a super fit & healthy young man now so am very proud that he is able to be part of this team & help to show his appreciation to such a worthy cause. (Sure he'll come in handy when we need throwing over a wall or two)

"One of the most important things you can do on this earth is to let people know they are not alone".

The Charities and projects Beefy's Foundation supports & where your kind donations will go are below, all fantastic causes that would love & appreciate your support.
