Hi my name is ashley cahill and I'm raising money for a local charity that give so much to help terminally I'll and disabled children and their family's and being a local boy to where this charity is based I couldn't think of a better reason to help "charity for kids" out spas you can see I am running the south coast 100k challenge on 26th August 2017 in aid to raise money for charity for kids as they have been helping a family friends little boy the last few years with his  cerebral palsy.
So after finding out what these guys do to help not just my local Community but all Sussex and Rother district
To me this is a well worthy corse! And has inspired me to step out my comfort zone and try a new distance and challenge and make aware this charity that do some much for little acknowledgement

So please donate Little or big all helps and all goes along way to help those less  fortunate than my self and other I want to smash my target!! And help as many children and family's as I can
