A platoon of our fiercest Atlantic warriors will be taking part in Tough Mudder on Saturday 17th July 2021. 

Originally planned for last Spring, the events of 2020 meant we couldn't show off our athletic prowess at that time ;-) but (fingers crossed) this year is looking positive and although we have tried to maintain our peak fitness... lets just say that we will all do our best to enjoy the day and raise as much money as possible for this fantastic charity. 

We will be raising money for Mates in Mind, a UK charity committed to raising awareness and addressing the stigma of mental health across workplaces.

Male site workers in construction are three times more likely to commit suicide than the average UK male. This shocking mental health statistic is a vivid reminder of the difficulties faced by many working in the construction industry every day.

Working in the construction industry, it is very important to us that our teams, clients and colleagues receive advice, options, information and support when they need it most to address mental health. Mates in Mind help to provide us with the guidance and information that we need to bring this to the forefront of everyone's mind.
