YMCA Milton Keynes do amazing work in providing real-world assistance to the young people of MK facing hard times and challenging circumstances.

I'm running a 54 mile / 88 km trail at the end of March in one day. I have never run (or walked) anything remotely close to this distance in one go and expect it to be one of the toughest physical and mental challenges I've undertaken.
