"Birk Crag Centre has always had a special place in my heart.  It goes back many years and I have so many happy and fond memories of spending time at Birk Crag as a Leader and with friends.  Thinking back over the years, it makes me realise Girlguiding in North Yorkshire West without Birk Crag would be a great loss for all our membership.  I asked myself what could I do to raise funds and came up with an extreme hair cut.  Hopefully as my hair grows back, our funds will grow and so will our new Centre!"
