We are Guideposts Mental Health Service in Hertfordshire. 

We would like to raise awareness about Mental Health and also to raise funds for our service as we are in need of our centre renovation and additional storage.

To raise the awareness and funds we are organising a sponsored walk on 15th June at Cassiobury Park in Watford at 11am and everyone is welcome to join us. The walk will be up to 4 miles but the participants can do only half-walk (2 miles) depending on their ability.

Guideposts Mental Health Services in Hertfordshire were established more than 25 years ago and every year we support up to 200 people with mental health issues. Our service is located at Henry Smith House in Watford where we provide more than 25 various group activities and 1to1 support to our Service users. We also have outreach groups in Borehamwood, Rickmansworth and Garston; we work with volunteers and carers and we support clients through befriending scheme as well.
