Me and my best friend, Amy Griffiths, are running the Cardiff Half Marathon to raise funds for the Cancer Treatment and Research Trust at Charing Cross Hospital. Any donations - no matter how big or small - would be gratefully appreciated. This London based hospital provides cancer treatment for those suffering, as well as running research programmes which work tirelessly to find cures. We know the quality of care provided is exceptional and we want it to be able to continue. I cannot explain how close this charity is to our hearts.

Finger crossed we can make it over the finish line! Our training started late so please don’t expect good times- it’s the taking part that counts!! 😊
