We raise funds for New End Primary School to improve the experience of our children

Story

Thank you for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page. Me and my tandem partner, Simon Clark, are attempting to kayak 125 miles in The Devizes to Westminster International Canoe Marathon. WE HAVE NEVER DONE ANYTHING LIKE THIS BEFORE and when we entered did not know that it is one of the most demanding open-to-all endurance events on the planet!

We are attempting this to raise much needed funds for our local state primary school New End. New End School opened in 1906 and is housed in a Grade 2 building in a conservation area. The building is in desperate need of major work to make it suitable for today’s needs. This includes replacing all the toilets, updating the plumbing, replacing lead piping, upgrading all fire doors, repairing boundary walls, remodelling classrooms, creating a larger hall and upgrading all learning spaces and facilities.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer.

So please dig deep and donate now.
