In July 2021, we sadly lost my wonderful Nana, Mary Hill. 

I will forever be grateful for the long and happy life she shared with my grandad and our family.

As this is sadly not the case for all older people, I am running the Cardiff half marathon in her honour to raise money for Age Cymru, to help support them in delivering their work to stop older people feeling lonely and isolated. 

She was kind, caring, and did a lot for her local community, so I believe this is a cause she would be vey much behind. So if you can, I would really appreciate your donations, big or small, to help raise money for this fantastic cause.
