Many of the sickest children in the North West receive life saving care in the Critical Care Unit of Royal Manchester Children's Hospital. We want these children to receive the very best care possible. The money we raise will be used to provide the staff with access the very latest equipment and training in order to achieve this aim.

Story

I'm raising money for my daughters friend Paris-Leigh who is currently being treated at the Manchester Children's Critical Care unit.

Paris-Leigh has a rogue gene which has left her needing a machine to breathe and being fed through a tube. She has limited mobility and is on a ventilator and a drip. The specialists at the hospital are still trying to isolate the gene responsible for her illness.

I would like to raise the money so that the Hospital can purchase a portable scanner for the intensive care unit, along with games and equipment, including DVD players.#
