I am doing my first 10K as a personal challenge to get fit after having Frances. I've never ran before and have really enjoyed it. I injured my knee whilst training but luckily it's healed up and I'm ready for tomorrow ( I think!).

I would like to raise some funds for Community Christmas so that no elderly person has to spend Christmas alone (unless they want to of course). So dig deep. Merry Christmas everyone!
