Hey :)

On the 8th of March 2017, I'll be doing a 1000 Burpees to raise money for Acton Homeless Concern in West London.

The charity's mission is to provide a caring and safe environment for the poor, the marginalised and those who suffer from isolation or are in any kind of physical or emotional need.

The charity is financed by annual funding from The Irish Department of Foreign Affairs, other small grant-giving trusts, local businesses, churches and schools and private benefactors. Additional finance is provided by fundraising events organised by their board of trustees, staff and volunteers.

The ongoing need for the advice support and hope offered by Acton Homeless Concern is a sad indictment of the continuing high levels of homelessness and poverty in London.

* What do they offer? 

-meals - clothing - showers - chiropodist - optician - alcohol/drug counsellor but what is even more important they care about those who might lost hope in life. 

As a fitness coach it was obvious that I would like to help through exercise. They say, the struggle you're in today is developing the strength you need tomorrow. - I'd like to ecourage poeple to be brave, to be bold and to believe they can achieve anything they want in life, they just have to have the right mindset and willingness to risk it all.
