As with almost everything else, the finances of our local parish churches have been hit very hard indeed by Covid-19.

I bought a bike at the beginning of lockdown and have now covered over 1000 miles on it - it's been a wonderful solace during this time and  incredibly invigorating. I've also become familiar with miles and miles and miles of Norfolk lanes. 

To match my 1000 miles, I'd like to raise £1000 for our local parish church - St Nicholas, North Walsham. If you would like to make a donation towards this, I'd be so grateful. 

I'm joining the Norfolk Churches Trust's well-established  annual bikeride and aim to visit 40 churches on Saturday 12  September 2020. 

UPDATE!! I've been bowled over by people's interest and generosity and now feel as if I initially set my sights rather too low... If you are reading this for the first time, I'd so appreciate it if you could help me push my total higher still. Would love to raise as much as I possibly can. And the weather seems set fair for Saturday😊
