Hi All - Thanks for visiting my Just Giving page! 

On the 15th March I’m running the Bath Half. I've never run this kind of distance before I started training, and it was great to run with a purpose. It felt really good when I began to increase my distance and speed - I would highly recommend running to anyone who is looking for a new challenge in 2020. You always feel good at the end of a run and it helps clear your head if you've had a difficult day!

I would like to take this opportunity to raise money for others who are in need of support. Therefore I am running the Bath Half in support of Mind, the mental health charity.

Mental health issues affect many people from all backgrounds and walks of life. Charities like Wiltshire Mind set up support networks and groups to help people when they need it. They are a local charity (to me) and have locations around Wiltshire to help as many people as they can at the point of need. You can learn from about them here: http://www.wiltshiremind.co.uk/

If you could donate £10 or anything you can spare for this cause, and help me hit my target. Every £250 can fund a block of sessions provided by one of their counsellors, and £100 can fund a meeting of one of their You in Mind support groups.
