The PR agency I work for (Voice Communications) have decided as part of our 10 year birthday celebrations that each member of staff will dedicate 10 hours of their time to a charity of their choice, as a way of saying thank you and returning a favour to the public. 

I have chosen Mind, the mental health charity as I know the struggles people can experience and go through. I am aiming to cycle as much of the Pennine Cycleway as I can in 1 day, starting in Etwall, Derbyshire.
