Ben’s training started in December 2017, with short 10 kilometre walks,
this was joined with lots of Golf in March, April & May 2018 (About
8kms per round, once 4 rounds in one week !!) – Then two large walks one of 35kms, one of nearly 60kms, with some final 25kms, Ben is now ready for the main even on the weekend of 13^th, 14^th, 15^th July 2018.
