On the 11th of October i will be running the Royal parks half marathon to raise awareness for CDLS UK. CDLS stands for Cornelia de Lange syndrome which is a rare genetic disorder. I feel it would be good to raise awareness and money for this charity as it is a smaller then most and do great support work and research work.
