I'm doing the Great North Run to raise awareness for Bobby Moore Bowel Cancer in the hope of people facing up to it straight away and seeking the help and advice they very much need to tackle it. 

Too many people can be embarrassed, fearful or too proud to visit their doctor when they suspect there's a problem, but now hopefully the raised awareness from the Bobby Moore fund, Cancer Research UK, will encourage people to speak up sooner!
