Our beloved Dad passed away on Thursday 18th August 2011. A member of Bomber Command and 49 Squadron through World War ll. Our Dad left us just too early to see the monument for himself. 

His funeral will be held at Portsmouth Crematorium at 3pm on September 9th 2011  No flowers please. Please send donations to The Bomber Command Memorial Fund through this page.
