Story

Hi everyone! Thanks for taking the time to check out our page. We're planning on walking from Reading back to Oxford in just one day- it's about 30 miles, we've never walked that far before and the weather is probably going to be terrible because we live in England. The reason we're partaking in this madness is to raise money to help tackle the ongoing ebola crisis. At the time of writing, 4511 people have been affected with ebola, a disease which is very often fatal.

The charity we have chosen to support is Medecin Sans Frontieres (Doctors Without Borders), which is working on the ground all over the world to give medical attention to those who need it most. They are currently working not only to help those affected by ebola, but also victims of war, violence, natural disasters and ordinary people who do not have access to the medical services they so desperately need. MSF is a neutral, independent and impartial organisation.

If you have anything at all to give, it would be hugely appreciated, and if you'd like to join us on our trek, please send me an email at b.sherlock@hotmail.com . We'd love to have you along!
