I have suffered from MS for 26 years, and recently moved to Durham to be nearer to my sister and younger son.  Since moving, I have attended a weekly sit down keep fit class run by MSRRF at Meadowfield.  It is a way of socialising with other people with MS, keeping as fit as I can at the same time.  They also have a Physiotherapist and a Sport Therapist, all paid for by MSRRF.
