We help people to understand and use scientific evidence

Story

The Keep Libel Laws out of Science campaign needs funds to continue working for libel law reforms.

We are working with Index on Censorship and EnglishPEN to make sure journalists, authors, academics and bloggers don't get hauled through the courts for writing in the public interest. We need to meet with everyone who could influence reform in the run up to the 2010 elections. To do this we need your help.

Donate £100 or more (and add £10 for overseas postage) and receive your choice of two of the following books signed by the author:
Trick or Treatment by Simon Singh and Edzard Ernst
Bad Science by Ben Goldacre
Big Bang by Simon Singh
The Code Book by Simon Singh

Email your choice of two books and your postal address (one address per donation please) to bookfund@senseaboutscience.org.
Please add £10 to your £100 donation for delivery to addresses outside the UK.

Get the T-shirt (mug, hoodie, badge...) here.

We can still claim Gift Aid on your donation, according to Charity Commission rules. Please do tick the Gift Aid box if you are a UK taxpayer. For help or more information contact Sile at slane@senseaboutscience.org
