Having worked with Nordoff Robbins Scotland  for some years now. I cannot recommend enough the wonderful work the Music Therapists do especially in helping children communicate with their parents. 

NR Scotland raises money to allow those who cannot afford therapy to receive it. So I decided that having signed up to run / walk / crawl through the streets of Barcelona with two of my oldest friends. I would ask you to help me raise money for this worthy cause. 

If it was a bike ride I could understand you not thinking it was a big deal, but I'm not a runner, not even close, this will be torture. Please chuck me a tenner and have a laugh at my expense.
