We provide life saving food assistance to hungry children and their families

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. A group of volunteers mostly from The City of Bristol College are "Seeing How the Other Half Live" by existing for a week on a food and drink budget of  $2 a day or less.

The challenge is for the benefit of the UN World Food Programme and specifically to support their School Feeding campaign which provides meals for approximately 22 million children each year. Although the scale is huge individual donations make a real impact, 25 US cents provides a school meal for a child and $50 US will support a child for a school year.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

So please dig deep and donate now.
