We all have challenges. Our challenges don't have to be limiting factors. The mission of the IM ABLE Foundation is to remove obstacles that prevent people from being physically active by providing grants, resources, fitness opportunities and motivation. They change attitudes about the potential of individuals with challenges by redefining what is possible.  For the last few years, my son, Ryan has been attending IM FIT classes at the IM ABLE Foundation.  These classes and the community they have created mean so much to our family.  Ryan loves “going to the gym” with Dad.  We love that Ryan is able to exercise in a supportive and accepting environment.  I am racing in the Philadelphia Marathon.  It's November 21st this year and I'd love for you to come cheer me on!
