This August I have decided to set myself the challenge to walk the Northumberland Coastal Path. This is a walk of 100km from Cresswell to Berwick-upon-Tweed. 

I am undertaking this challenge to help raise vital funds to help the Canaan Trust in its work suppporting and caring for individuals who have become homeless or are vulnerable and in need.

The Canaan Trust operates 24-7, 365 days a year. Since its launch in 1995 the Trust has helped thousands to rebuild their lives and to achieve independent living again back in the Community.

Can I please ask you to sponsor me as I undertake this challenge. With YOUR help we can collectively help make a difference. Every £1 of sponsorship WILL make a difference to an individual who is currently homeless, socially isolated and often feeling judged. Homelessness is not a life-style choice....it can, and does, happen to anyone.
