A couple of years ago I attempted this ride and some may remember at 30km in I looked a little like the pic above. That's 30km out of 550km. This time I'm hoping to complete the entire thing incident free, enjoy the scenery, and travel 550km (350 miles) in three days, powered only by my own non-Froome like legs. Tour de France this is not, this is as tough as it gets!
