I will be running 250 miles and going tee total in June to raise as much money as possible for the great cause - The Justin Edinburgh 3 Foundation. 

Every penny raised will be going towards the already great work the foundation does increasing the amount of external defibrillators available. Empowering people and organisations to act quickly and knowledgeably when witness to cardiac arrest, by increasing access to life saving defibrillators and delivering CPR training.
