About Budleigh Salterton & District Hospiscare

We are a local charity providing specialist palliative care advice and hands-on nursing to patients who have been diagnosed with a chronic life limiting condition. Our team of Clinical Nurse Specialists and Hospiscare@Home nurses cover both Budleigh Salterton Medical Centre and Woodbury Surgery.
