This is a fundraiser that is very personal to me.

I've suffered from depression for as long as I can remember. When I was 22 I started suffering from panic attacks and was later diagnosed with PTSD. I spent the next 4 years being passed around different doctors and attending a huge amount of assessments. After all this I was told that the help that I need is no longer available on NHS.

When I approached Listening Post I was in a bad way. They took me seriously and made time to see me on a regular basis which has helped me become a much more positive and motivated person.

Listening Post is a fantastic Charity that has helped myself and many others, but they have a huge waiting list and need all the help they can get. Any donation you can afford will help tremendously!
