The #c200 Fund gives extra support to young people in Perth and Kinross aged 16 – 25, who have been looked after in the care system. These young people can feel isolated, as they are unable to rely on the support of their families for a variety of reasons. This brings challenges, because there is no family support to help them as they start to make their way in the world, or deal with unexpected expenses associated with running a home, or access the extras which make it easier to pursue new opportunities.

Thought to be the first organisation of its kind in Scotland, the #c200 Fund has been delighted to provide our young people with vouchers at Christmas, for birthdays and during lockdown. This type of support isn’t available from anyone else and has been possible thanks to their growing number of wonderful supporters offering not just financial support, but also their time, expertise, connections and encouragement.
