I am on placement this year working as the coordinator for Ulster University's student led mental health campaign, Mind Your Mood, on our Belfast and Jordanstown campuses.

With mental health conditions and suicides in particular being at an all time high within our community I am super passionate about doing all that I can to help improve this epidemic.

Our campaign aims to increase awareness and educate about mental health and help break the stigma through the facilitation of fun workshops and events.

On 1st March 2020, I am putting aside my fear of heights to take part in an abseil off the Tower Museum in Derry as way of fundraising for Mind Your Mood to allow the campaign to continue to flourish and provide more events/ workshops to educate about mental health.

I would be extremely grateful if you could donate anything you can to sponsor my abseil attempt and to help do your part to make the community we live in a better and safer place for all and help end this crisis.
