Our journey began in 2014 when born from a sad story a group of frontline A&E staff posed naked for a calendar to raise money and awareness for testicular cancer.

Following the calendars big success both nationally and internationally each year the team champion another great cause, to date thanks to the truly wonderful kindness and support from people from all walks of life together we have raised tens of thousands of pounds and huge amounts of awareness for some amazing charity’s making a real difference to the lives of others.

The Calendar Lads Community are inclusive not exclusive and we aims to include, contribute and enhance the surrounding community.

This year the team are raising money and awareness for Mind, Tyneside and Northumberland and the Northumbria Bright Charity.

As NHS staff both in our professional and personal lives we bear witness to the difficult journey of those fighting mental illness and in the past 12 months alone we have as a team been devastated to hear of more families torn apart by Suicide.

In 2020 and beyond we will try to make a real difference , leading by example and with your support spread an important message
