Story
During the next months I will challenge myself in various activities and ask your support to reach my fundraising target for RefuseToRide, a campaign launched in 2018 by Wildlife SOS India.
My goal is sharing what I’ve learned from my visit to India & Wildlife SOS in September 19 and document the cruelty and tortures behind Elephants “training” for the purpose of joy rides.
Like me, most people will avoid doing it once they know the exploitation and abuse behind the indoctrination process of a captive Elephant.
Spreading awareness is the key to promote a responsible tourism & put Elephant rides in India and worldwide to an end.
As first, I signed up to the 10K race in Victoria Park on 16 November where I will run with the RefuseToRide T-Shirt to help spread the voice.

If you would like to sponsor me in this great cause, you can donate through my JustGiving page.
All donations will directly support the Elephant Conservation and Care Centre in Mathura, Uttar Pradesh, India to cover the following expenses for the 26 rescued elephants:
£30 will feed an elephant for a day
£20 will give a lifesaving foot treatment to an elephant
£10 will provide a bucket of favourite fruit
£116 is a week's anti-poaching unit
Whether you will donate or simply share my post, thanks for helping me and Wildlife SOS to spread the voice and stop Elephants rides!
Carla
