Hi everyone, I am so excited to have been offered a place in this years London Marathon by the charity 'Age UK'. It is a race that I have always wanted to take part in and now is my chance. Sarah Marriott (Hind) and I will be running/walking/crawling together along the streets of London Town and aim to raise as much money as possible for this charity as it is close to my heart. 

Before my Dad passed away he would go every Saturday to the home in Llanfairpwll, this would give my mum some well needed rest bite time. The carers there would make sure they had a newspaper ready and a panad on the go for his arrival! He would moider them and they would moider him back all day and he would always leave having thoroughly enjoyed his time there. They were so kind and caring. Age UK funded this service.  Everyone one of us has elderly relatives and unfortunately we are growing old too but it is a comfort to know that a charity like this can make such a difference.

I ask now for you to dig deep and donate as much as you can. Everyone that donates will have their name written on a large Welsh flag that we will be running with, we will take photos as we run around London so you will be with us every step of the way.
