Caz, as many of my friends and family know running is far from my favorite thing!

James, I can't say I love running but have completed many Ironman and triathlon challenges, however haven't before raised funds for charity so in support of Caz and this great charity decided to.

When we were made aware by Mum and Dad that the charity they have worked with for many years were asking for runners to raise funds by completing a 10k run we didn't hesitate to say yes.

Living Paintings is an amazing charity and the funds from this run will go towards a project to bring the visual world to life for blind and partially sighted children with touch to see books.

We would love to raise as much as possible for Living Paintings to help many children and we would be so grateful for your donations.

We (Caz) need all the support we can get on the day so please feel free to come along on Sunday 13th October at Newbury Racecourse to cheer us on.
