St Mary's Parish Centre, in the heart of Alverstoke village is over 50 years old. The fabric of the building is worn and there are large maintenance issues that need repair. In 2016 Alverstoke Parish Centre Regeneration Project Group was created to look at the viability of the building. Repair or Renewal? In order to become a centre that can provide for a growing community and in a town where similar facilities have reduced, the decision was made to rebuild.
